What do you guys listen to when you work out? I'm looking for some motivating hip hop tracks for when I do cardio. I already have tracks that get me pumped when I'm lifting weights, mostly fuck you/I want to whoop your ass tracks, but I need something for cardio that makes me want to run through a wall. What do you guys use. I'd love something along these lines:

Come so far, seen so much
I cannot settle for good enough

(Proceed to the next level)
So I'll sweat and I'll climb
Until I reach my prime
The forces rise and fall again
Through it all, I'll reach the end

(Proceed to the next level)
In my eyes, there's a fire
And it takes me high

I have that near the end of my cardio workout to make sure I empty the tank.

I tried it, but for some reason, doesn't seem to fuel that fire. I do have his song Fall as my cooldown tho. Eminem seems like a good candidate too because you can feel his anger.

Anything hard driving and violent. My deadlift pr came at the end of a brutal back workout but I had Dig by Mudvayne cranked as high as I could go

A strange one, but I found it good for cardio in the past.

I find that new metal or hell any metal or hard rock has a lot of "fuck shit up" songs.

Here are a few I have flung around the dumbbells to
Jay Z featuring Rhianna- Run this Town
Eminem- Till I Collapse(this one in particular gets me hitting my speedbag like a mad man)
The Game- Westside Story
Go to Sleep- Eminem, DMX, Obie Trice
Fight Music-D12(it's literally music for fighting)
Mobb Deep- Shook Ones
Kendrick Lamar- D.N.A
Eminem- Soldier
Jay Z and Eminem- Renegade
T.I- Go Get It
Cam' Ron- Down and Out
Yelawolf- Till Its Gone

That is about all I can think of- If you want a rock/metal list though let me know. I have a bunch of those that get me amped

During my workouts it’s usually my phone on random....Zeppelin, Sabbath, Aerosmith, Floyd, Metallic, UFO, Skid Row, Queensryche, Boston, Bad Company, etc etc etc......my workouts usually are of the 16 ounce variety though.

I have an awful lot of RTJ on my gym playlist. I really need to update it though, haven't added new stuff to it in a long time.

Not sure how D12 never popped into my mind. Renegade might be a good one too. I don't need rock, I got one playlist that gets me amped. Cardio is different for me. Rock doesn't work for some reason. I hate cardio, and it's grueling if I don't have a decent playlist.
