Depends on if it's used as an adjective or noun. When used as noun then it is acceptable to use an a before said word and follow it with from. "A Myriad Of' or Just 'Myriad'? Some say "myriad" is only an adjective and not a noun, which means you can't use "a myriad of." They're wrong, but...

And even still Caleb has a myriad of holes in his game which even with proper coaching will take a season or two to iron out. Which he won't get from this coaching if/when they struggle and get sacked.
