Dach seems to have the potential to put up 20+ goals. He looks like an all-star for a few games, but is completely invisable unless he is falling down much more often.
If he could play like he did in the bubble and beginning of this season and actually finish on opportunities he would be great
Havlat was my favorite player for the few years he was here even though he was rarely healthy. I was so excited when they got Hossa over him, and i believe there was still an offer for Havlat, but he wanted a long term deal.
I think Dach has a confidence issue. He actually looked great the first few weeks of the season skating around guys, showing great hands, but just couldnt score. The last few months he has been barely noticeable.
Basically that Raddysh and Hagel seem to have similar minor league production. Hagel took advantage of his role and ice time with the Hawks while Raddysh was burried in Tampa.
Raddysh is now producing in these first 6 games with the Hawks better than Hagel with the lightning due to ice time and...
I like Hagel and when Tampa needs to make salary cap moves he will get more minutes for sure.
I also dont think Raddysh will be even as good as Hagel at any point, but if he can play a Brouwer type of role and one of the draft picks turn out to be a solid NHL contributor its a good trade.
If Raddysh keeps playing like these 2 game we might win this trade. He is taking advantage of getting more ice time.
We'll see if Hagel continues to produce with a smaller role, and hopefully at least one of the 1st rounders contributes in the NHL
It all comes down to what the new Blackhawks management wants to do. If they don't work out a deal this summer than they need to trade him ASAP. No need to risk injury or his production dropping, and taking a hit on the picks and prospects we could get.
I am ok with however it works. I would...
I think the Blackhawks will have an extension for Kane this summer. It will most likely be over 7Mil per season based on his production.
If they don't extend him they will need to trade him by, and probably before the 2023 trade deadline. They should trade him ASAP if there is no agreement...
Who knew Dylan Strome could produce if they actually put him on the ice!? ...
I think most if us thought he was a better option than others he was sctratched for. Glad he is making the most of his chances!
There is a big possibility that Kane gets traded or leaves as a free agent. If he is still over a point per game (even at his age) someone will offer 2-3 year $7+mil/yr. Even Parise was getting paid $8-9mil a few seasons ago.
I still think 88 and 2 are locks for the rafters. 19 probably...
