I'm not here to try to prove my quarterback skills nor does anyone care. I haven't seen hardly any difficult throws. I take it your opinion is a yes at #20? My opinion is no thanks. I'm going to watch some more tape on the guy this game isn't a very good showcase of what he would look like...
Just not a huge fan. His guys are so wide open and he is under so little pressure I could make those throws. There are just so many unknowns due to the rest of their team dominance. I definitely need to see more tape. He doesn't have a lot of zip on his ball. He could be Tom Brady or he...
I go back in forth with Pace
His misses have been really bad while some of his hits have been superior. It's just difficult to grade a gm based on draft picks at the start of their respective careers. His trading away picks especially for someone who is arguably better than average at...
Regardless of the long term outlook of this team which doesn't look great. I've enjoyed watching this team the last few weeks it's been something a little different from typical winning Bears football where the defense usually carries the team.
Reading the comments on this forum it seems...
I have very little confidence the Bears can beat the Packers but they are playing with house money at this point and they actually have the talent on defense and the offense is arguably better right now than any moment in 2018. So the question is can this defense find some 2018 Rams game magic...
Up to this point in the season the Defense has given up 4 more passing yards than the offense has produced per game and 14 more rushing yards per game than the offense has produced. All of these categories have put both the offense and defense in the middle of the pack for yards per game...
He has been great value but there are a lot of good rookie receivers out there. ceedee lamb and Jefferson (live in Minnesota catch a lot of vikings games) are absolute studs as others have mentioned other names. I project him as a solid number 2. IMO if he his your number one you are short...
I like the idea of drafting based on need the majority of the time. Without getting into the BPA stuff too deep guys like Randy Moss or DK Metcalf and there are a host of others that I'm not going to dig up are BPA picks that I like to take. Franchise altering skill sets that have fallen out...
Montgomery would be Howard with the line Howard ran behind while also being a receiving threat is what I was trying to say. The other thing that I consider is I would rather have a running back on a rookie contract if I'm getting equivalent production.
I really don't understand the Montgomery hate. He's a decent all around back not a 2nd round talent but it's not his fault where he was drafted. He's an average nfl starting running back and yes he is better than Jordan Howard because he is a receiving threat which is important.
