Doesn't really look like any team in the East is really all that close to Boston's level. The West is just so wide open. I could see the Blackhawks,Blues, Sharks,Ducks, or Avs taking it. And each of them outside of the Sharks could go down in Round 1
Awesome job evening up the series and taking the momentum back. Sucks to even think about the first 2 games of the series now. I guess the Blues can probably say the same thing but the Hawks should be 13 or 12 wins away from banner #6
Blackhawks are going to have their hands full regardless of who they play the rest of the playoffs. The West is loaded this season, and if they get their shit together and make it to the Finals, the East winner is obviously going to be great as well. Likely Boston again
WTF. Agreed, could see this coming right at the end of the 2nd after they got the 1st one. For a team that won a Stanley Cup last year this team sure has a lot of breakdowns. Maybe we should get Frolik back
Rizzo changed his entire approach. He will come down a little bit but there is a chance this is him taking the next step. Hammel and Bonifacio are candidates to re-enter the atmosphere but Shark and Castro could also be improved. Hammel and Bonifacio will probably be shipped out in 3 months time...
Not even trolling but they've been trying to give OF tickets away to get some people to go to the game. Look around outside the park, or Stubhub at the very least. Tickets last week were down to $0.75
The only franchise in sports that brags about winning 1 title in 85 years. I posted a very similar post in the Bears thread comparing the Packers and Bears and I was given an infraction. So why can you say 2005 > 1908 but I can't say 2010 + 1997 > 1985
