    Draft picks are less proven so of course. On the other hand the teams wouldn't have accepted the draft picks if they were worthless.

    Tell that to Poles. I think he disagrees. He's going to surprise on draft day. There is really good talent in this draft. It's up to the good to great GMs to identify it.

    Played a bit (maybe too much) with trade back. But wound up with some good late round adds and got picks next year in round 1-3.

    Man, there's an borderline undercurrent of shade/hate towards Bagent in this thread. He wasnt great, but he also wasnt terrible, but definitely backup material. Just saying....

    Getsy sucked. Fields was bad. Trubisky was bad. Nagy didn't help him or Fields. I don't think the two are mutually exclusive. Hopefully that is over now with Poles doing everything he can to break the cycle. Both Fields and Getsy are gone. An experienced offensive staff has been put in...

    Poles literally says they were brought in to break the cycle. That should say it all. And to deny the bears has been in this cycle is in denial. Poles is doing everything he can to make sure his #1 draft pick has a good starting point.
