You're definitely right. I believe it was Rosevelt Williams. It was actually right before the half I believe, and would have put them up something like 21-0 rather than 14-0. I think they had also scored on a fake field goal touchdown to Dustin Lyman earlier in the game but could be wrong about...
Eddie Jackson had one solid season in 2019 and hasn't shown up since. You can thank the front 7 for that season plus I think a lot of people forget how nice it was having Adrian Amos back there playing safety with him.
I'm surprised by this reaction. It seemed to me like the bears controlled the ball most of the game, just couldnt turn it into touchdowns. He ran the ball like you all clamor for and converted 4 of 5 4th downs. I would have liked to seen more passes down the field and more targets to a rob but...
I agree. If Mitchell can consistently play like this, the Bears will always have a chance to be in games. It will be interesting to see if he can maintain his level of play to finish the season.
Where has this Mitchell been all season? Using his legs and letting it rip. He' throwing the ball with velocity tonight and fitting it into some tight windows. Love to see it. Let's keep rolling.
That sideline discussion they showed of nagy and mitch makes it hard to believe he had a "hip injury ". Don't understand pulling mitch there at all. He seems to play his best ball when he's out there in a 2 minute offense just playing and not thinking. At least give the team a chance instead...
Hasslebeck could make one heck of a coach someday. Trubisky clearly has lost all confidence at this point and nagy is not helping. We've seen this before with Trubisky. I remember in his first start against Minnesota he came out slinging but then he threw that late pick that ended up being...
