Secondary assist ... stat padding...
Too funny ... lol ... rofl .... no wait roflmao ... where did you guys get this one from? I mean seriously -is this area for talking about hockey or just fabricating ridiculous crap that is intended to gaslight emerging hockey fans with some sort of...
Um no I didn't- but it is the level of the quality of competition that matters - you are essentially comparing juniors playing juniors whereas the KHL would be at worst AHL vs AHL (and sometimes depending on the teams involved better than that).
I am saying that the time spent in the KHL is at...
Not the same deal as Teravainen - not even remotely close - Panarin was playing in and starring in the KHL for the past several years not to mention playing internationally.
And what I mean by starring in the KHL is that Panarin led St Petersburg in scoring for the past 2 seasons -2 seasons...
NHL.com is a bit inconsistent - since they also have Panarin listed on their rookie leaders' page.

They need to decide which one it is, but I have read the above eligibility rules for the Calder Trophy, but really who cares? There is only...
It's entirely possible that Versteeg was looking to make some incentive bonuses - like the one where you score like 15 goals and get a free snow cone. I don't know if he made it though.
I don't think his consistent production will be missed again this time either.
I don't know - the highlights are ok - but I think might be cut a little short - on the broadcast they were commenting about Panarin's on ice awareness creating the 2nd goal - not because he had a 'tertiary assist' but immediately prior to that he made a big effort to avoid touching the puck...
An unrelated point - I don't think Tikhonov was Panarin's centre last season in St Petersburg .... he stats indicated more of a checking forward role -as did his stats with the Russian national team.
On D I would think they go back to the pairings that they used in the Dallas pre-season game...
No matter what Rundblad did or didn't do -the one thing he didn't do is run into Crawford and take him out of a play where a 2-0 did not initially even generate (I think) a SoG - until the puck was put back out in front with Crawford left unable to get back to the net because .... well.... Daley...
Bickell was waived, but no one claimed him - technically he can be sent down without going through waivers again I think - I think that the only reason that he is playing is to continue to (maybe in vain) showcase him for some hoped for trade - probably also the reason Pokka is on the NHL roster...
Belfour/Hasek was not a hindsight deal by any stretch -Hasek was a world class international goalie prior to coming into the Hawks' system. Keenan's system was defense first -but whatever - it doesn't really matter in the context of 2015-16.
Reading JJ's latest blog ... and of course half of the respondents are into the oft-repeated Chicago trait of soap opera-ing sports teams and personalities.
It goes something like this (paraphrasing here) 'Grrrrr, they will never trade 88; he's elite, never replace him....' blah blah blah ...
