Well what I'm afraid of is Nagy bringing Fields in to run some silly-azz gimmick plays that can get JF's head and or knees taken out. Like a damn Spread Ops play. Hell JF isn't Taysom Hill, Jamelle Holloway or J.C. 'freakin' Watts.

Offense is so complex even the coach can't execute it.
Maybe try to tailor it to your players and focus on scoring and winning instead of complexity?
