Yeah, I just hope Meyer doesn't ruin Lawrence, but it's hard not to feel like that's going to happen.

IMHO he's just setting up the next big college gig. Dipped his toes in the pro pool and it's a little too warm for his liking.

We're 2 games into Meyer's first season taking over the worst team in football last season. He's got Trevor Lawrence and a ton of cap space to build a contender over the next couple seasons. When Watson gets traded, Lawrence will be the best quarterback in that division by next season. This was always going to be a work in progress. Give it time.

He's great. It surprised me at first but he is going to be very good.

Although he wasn't really big time in college, Temple and Baylor.

No but he turned both of those programs around very quickly too. And he has Joe Brady as his OC, same guy that had the greatest offense in CFB history

You need to convince Meyer of that not us. The issue is really he is not reliable.

They are a great pair. I doubt Brady is with the Panthers next year though. Would love him coaching Fields.

Correct. He'll be out of Carolina and likely a HC.

I am giving Maggie as clean a slate as I can. Now that he’s starting Fields and it was his chosen guy. Let’s see if he can finally utilize his personnel to their strengths and score more points.
I don’t have much faith in him. He’s like a whore girlfriend that can’t stop fucking everyone.
On that note, I just rewatched Black Snake Moan.
Happy Weekend guys.

Urban Meyer and it's not close. Lucky for Jacksonville he will slip on the floor while urinating around November 10, be rendered incapacitated, and will be forced to retire.
Until USC comes calling.

Matt Rhule seems like he wil be a very good coach in the NFL. I hope he is too, I've always liked the Panthers, since their inception. Was a big fan of Kerry Collins and loved watching them knock off the Cowboys like a year or two after they were an expansion team. I think it was 96.

What college program do you think he will go to?
