This is a great opportunity for the Bears. If he falls past Detroit, oh the irony, we should grab him in a heartbeat.
Yes, he’s a beauty queen headcase sans ball gown, but mother I let can catch and run.

Yes, the idiots who run this organization will mess it up. Oh well, he has talent and can plug and play.

Finally, he changes the dynamic of our passing game (wait, whut passim’ game?).

Her’s to hoping we don’t do what we usually do and grab him and take him away.

OBJ is a scrub like have people not watched him play the last 4 years? Lol might as well go sign Devonta Freeman

Grab him before Green Bay does as a big FU to them.

He might actually suck, though.

He's a shell of his former self, but the Bears need WRs. AR is all but gone. Mooney is the only WR under contract for next year. The rest of the Bears WRs are literally just guys. Bears should absolutely take a flier on OBJ if they have the chance.

I have, and he still gets open on a consistent basis. Too bad Baker can't hit anything past 10 yards. Not to mention Cleveland didn't utilize him properly. They used him as just a deep threat and decoy. That shouldn't be his only role as he was one of the few that could house a slant. The issue is whether you want that headcase on the bears. I'd personally be ok with him the rest of the season to see how it works with Fields, but I don't think Nagy is anywhere close to Stefanski and Stefanski couldn't really figure out how to maximize OBJ.

I honestly could see OBJ having a resurgence if he lands in the right situation, a la Moss. I could also see him absolutely tank if he doesn't. I don't think there's much of a middle ground.

Cancer is worse than a tumor, even one capitalized.

It's a gamble I think we need to take considering our total lack of depth at receiver and our many other needs. Most importantly, other than protection, it's what Fields needs the most out there.

He is not on waivers. At a cost of 7.2 million to him, he is a free agent now.

he is on waivers and if someone claims him that team will pay him 7.2 mill...if unclaimed he will be a free agent...this is all assuming the NFLPA agrees to the terms of the buyout.

my money is he signs with the chiefs or the packers once he goes unclaimed.

great opportunity for what? For him to run a hitch route or for a size ways pass behind the line of scrimmage.

Pretty sure if claimed it's been reported it'll be for $1 million
