Do you think that they don't ask whom the GM's were going to hire as HC before they hire the GM or something?

That must be one of the first questions asked or is it is in their resume package- And probably scouted all this out and had a pretty good idea months in advance whom they were going to hire for both GM and HC. The interview process is just formalities and reassurance.

As far as Campbells firing - Maybe look at recent events as the cause - Maybe the Union forced the Bears to cancel an OTA or something? Or they found out he was a media source or something of that nature.

All of that is based off of DBB claims. Polian was asked about this in a radio interview and insisted it wasn’t true.

We may not know for a long time, or ever. I wouldn't really expect Polian to admit to being flexed on by Poles, and Poles wouldn't commit career suicide by saying George saddled him with a coach he didn't want. Though ownership has done that to GMs before so it would fit the pattern.

lol. Polian was a Colts guy. What team did Eberflus come from? Coincidence?

Complete speculation, but I have the feeling Polian had a lot of control in the hiring of the GM and HC. It’s why they brought him on board in the first place.

They had already gone through all the interviews and narrowed the field down to a couple guys before they even hired Poles. There had to be follow ups but they were already deep in the process when Poles was hired.

It needs zero justification. If Poles simply doesn't care for or want to work with him he's free to do this. Put your (great) big boy pants on. People come and go in these positions all the time.

What a franchise. A guy who wasn't qualified to be apart of a committee to find a GM in the first place gets fired by the guy he allegedly picked. Now do the party planner Tanesha Wade, George and Teddy and we might be onto something.
