    Things we now have

    OTA's haven't even started but this new regime has already demonstrated some new things that we didn't have under the prior regime. - Identity - Process -Discipline Does this translate to success. Time will tell but I'll take this approach to the "We are geniuses, what could go wrong?" approach.

    It may have not been ideal but Fields still will have learned a lot from playing this year. Sometimes the best teacher is failure. Sometimes trauma imprints better than mere theory. His playbook may change next year but the defensive alignments he'll see won't and he'll be better equipped...
