My hypothesis is Glennon's durability. This is a good move if you're trying to groom a rookie. Pace was pretty sure he could get Trubs and needed a durable vet to stay on the field for better or worse to get HIS guy ready. If Glennon plays better than expected then he has value. Unfortunately...

We have had an overall very good defense the last however many years running a 4-3. We've lost playmakers due to injury and age and didnt have sufficient backups. Some instances the starters were not so good either. My car didnt start this morning. I'll paint it red. That will fix it.
