I have to have a salad nearly every single day. As was eating candy a lot and drinking hot cocoa every single night. But if I could get away with it, would eat steak on an every single day basis. But my cholesterol went up. So had to eat a little bit healthy.

Wouldn't wish this even on my own worst enemy but if it came to that and finishing the fight, maybe something that would knock the person out just enough for me to call the police. I think martial arts is very fascinating.

If you all go on the Youtube site as it has people who are very much crazy fans of Star Wars. Collections are beyond mind blowing to say the least. Not much of a fan as was as a kid however.
