    Playoffs.

The Bears divisional record of 0-3 and conference record of 1-5 is the big issue moving forward. They would essentially need to go 6-1 the rest of the way out to have a chance at 10-6 but tie-breakers may become the deciding factor. Out of the two wildcard teams (GB 6-3 & ATL 6-3), which team...

    Charles Leno Respect

Once you're in the NFL, your draft status means very little. If you're good, you're good. McPhee was a 5th round pick, Slauson was a 6th round pick, Adrian Amos was a 5th round pick. You can go on & on. If a guy plays well, nothing else really matters.

Bears to start Leno over a healthy Bushrod?

In terms of pass rush, I feel that Leno is the better pass blocker but he is weak against the run. Bushrod seems to be the exact opposite, IMO. I think it's smart to stick with Leno & see if he's a guy that can hold down the LT spot & keep Long at RT. If they can solidify that, then they can...

Hunt for the #1 pick - Bear 12th

I think some of you are going to be severely disappointed when this team wins 4-5 games down the last 10 game stretch. They'll pick inside of the top 15 but I doubt top 10.

    SoCal Bears Fans...

I'll be there as well. Quite a few people on twitter that are going as well. I wouldn't be surprised to see more Bears fans vs Chargers fans. I'll be on the Bears' side of the 50.

    Bye Week Mock Offseason

You mean the "bust" that hasn't even played a game in the NFL yet, while rehabbing an injury that will not hurt his overall career? No account for the fact that 3 of his 6 draft picks are starting or the fact that all 5 healthy picks have played snaps this year? The team may be low on talent...

    Bye Week Mock Offseason

This mock offseason is a prime example of what I keep saying on Twitter: "A lot can change in one offseason" which also feeds the narrative of "There is no such thing as a long rebuild in the NFL"... The Bears are playing well above their talent level & with this type of offseason, plus...

    Sam Acho: What to Offer

I currently have him projected as a $2M a year player. Not a pass rusher but I personally think he could translate very well to the JACK spot. Wherever they choose to put him, I think either a 2 year/$4M deal or MAYBE a 3 year/ $7.5M is good enough to keep him. Not particularly a starter at...

    Jarvis Jenkins: What to Offer

I think anywhere from 3-4 years & $3-4M per year seems right, Windy. Not sure he'll even be a top 3-4 DE but if he can provide like he has lately in terms of pass rush & stays stout vs run, they are in good shape w/ him at that price.

    The Alshon Jeffery Situation

Ha. I logged on to twitter & my mentions were blown up just to see that. I've had a few people cussing me out like I made the original report. Keep in mind, my tweet had 19 RTs. Somehow Rapsheet saw it & here we are.

    The Alshon Jeffery Situation

If you read the tweet, you would see it wasn't my report he's rebuking.

Stephen A. Smith Hates Cutler And The Bears

My main question is this: When has Stephen A. Smith ever been respectful?

Eddie Goldman, Ego Ferguson, and Christian Jones

When I look at those 3 names this is what I see: Goldman- Can be a very good NT for many years & looks like a very good value in the 2nd round. Developing a pass rush will make him even that much more valuable. Ferguson- To this point, he's there & not screwing up but I'm not sure they can...

Cutler and Jeffery Questionable (Update: Jeffrey Out - ESPN)

The rumor has been all week that Jeffery is expected back. As far as Cutler goes, he's been running, walking around w/o a limp and practicing all week. I think they both play. If they don't, who cares at this point? My mindframe is, if you're going to suck, suck badly. Don't half ass it.

Hello fans. Jimmy Clausen needs your support.

Is this middle school? What do you want... A participation trophy? The guy is an "NFL" QB & threw for 63 yards in four quarters. He's getting paid very well to do so. Stop the pity party for the love of God.

Bears not drafting a top QB next year - sorry

Completely agree. To a certain extend, he's this year's Arik Armstead/Rashede Hageman. I'm just not a big fan. With that being said, if the #Bears pick in the top 5 this year, they'll land a very impactful player (higher impact than even a guy like Kevin White or Brandon Scherff).

Bears not drafting a top QB next year - sorry

Going back to the original OP, if they had the #1 pick & didn't go QB or trade down & went pass rusher, I can't say Oakman being the pick. Bosa, Nkemdiche, & Buckner are all better pass rushers & better overall prospects than Oakman, IMO. Oakman is a physical specimen, but I'm not as high on...

Dickerson and Jahns: Jeffery Probably Gets to Free Agency

I don't see there being any chance he is able to walk... Pace talked about developing young talent/building through the draft as his main source of building a team & by letting Jeffery walk, that would do the exact opposite. At very worst, he's technically under control for two more years w/...

    Terrance Mitchell gaining ground

Have felt since training camp that Mitchell may be their best cover corner. Still raw but with proper development, could be a nice piece moving forward. Ball is obviously not a future piece & I have my doubts on Fuller as a CB at this point. Would be great to at least have 1 NFL caliber CB on...
