I don't know. Michigan's offense is not meant to highlight the QB and he was a highly skilled and ranked QB coming out of high school. If he went to a different college I think he would be considered a top pick (and earn it). Teams would pick him out of desperation for a QB and for that potential.

If you can trade for him it means the bears don't want him... The bears are not deciding whether to trade fields based on the amount they can get. Either they decide to run with fields or not. So there's not a huge need for overpay.
