  1. Chris Simms is VERY high on Williams

His QB rankings are usually good tbf, he has that one glaring miss with Zach Wilson but aside from that he's usually on point with his top guys. The fact that he rates Williams as one of the best he evaluated does give a little more confidence that that's the pick.
  2. 2 time MVP Lamar Jackson

The Ravens set the record by beating 10 winning teams this year including 49ers, Lions, Dolphins. They weren't beating up on bums just didn't show up in the championship game.
  3. Who will be the Bears QB in 2024? POLL

Fair point, Eberflus would be gone but Poles would get a few more years.
  4. Who will be the Bears QB in 2024? POLL

How so? I think they're pretty similar Pace/Nagy thought drafting Fields would at least buy them a few years to see it through, but one 6-11 season made the owners lose patience quickly.
  5. Who will be the Bears QB in 2024? POLL

A rookie QB growing pains season could be the final nail in Poles coffin like it was for Pace.
  6. College Football Conf CG Weekend IGT

Alabama had the 5th SOS vs FSU's 55th and they're without their starting QB. I can see the logic in the decision.
  7. Why are so many fans upset over RB pay?

If a WR put up the yards Dalvin Cook put up the past four years no way he'd be getting cut, RBs are being done dirty by the league.
  8. [Giardi] Closing in on the draft and Bryce Young likely going #1

The Texans were silly to not trade with us if they only liked one QB in this draft, are they really going to go with another year of Davis Mills? Loviethagoat
  9. Chris Simms OL rankings

I'm with SugarWalls on this one, yeah Simms completely fluffed 2021 putting Wilson & Mond so high but from 17 - 20 he had a good track record on the QBs. Do we just completely disregard the previous hits because of a glaring miss? All draft experts, analysts, scouts, GMs miss on prospects, it's...
  10. DT Dexter Lawrence also will not report to the team’s offseason program on Monday due to his unresolved contract situation

It's sad really but it's the RBs that came before them that haven't lived up to their contracts that have fucked them. The top RBs can't even get 12m per year now, what does that get you in the WR market? A Jakobi Meyers. Someone make that make sense...
  11. Chris Simms OL rankings

I like Tua but there's no way he's as good as Herbert. Herbert with Tyreek & Waddle in McDaniels offense would be crazy.
  12. Chris Simms OL rankings

The majority had Tua above him though & Simms didn't
  13. Chris Simms OL rankings

His 2021 QB rankings weren't his best but from ~17 - 20 were pretty good & that's where he built up his cache. But again, I rate his QB rankings but not his Oline rankings.
  14. Chris Simms OL rankings

But he was high on Lamar Jackson, Josh Allen & Justin Herbert when large portions of NFL media weren't. I guess that's given him some credit in the bank for misses like Zach Wilson.
  15. Chris Simms OL rankings

I like Chris Simms' rankings to be honest they're good content but O line isn't typically his strongest area. He wasn't high on Tristan Wirfs or Rashaan Slater coming out. The fact that he has PJJ at No 3 on his list gives me more confidence that he's our guy.
  16. DT Dexter Lawrence also will not report to the team’s offseason program on Monday due to his unresolved contract situation

They'll get the deal done, he's one of their best young players. This is Jefferey Simmons all over again. Saquon's a different story though, there's no money out there for RBs right now, why offer him a deal -, just make him play on the tag. It ain't right but it's the way it is.
  17. #Titans and Jeffery Simmons have NOT yet agreed on an extension

Yeah you're right Let's not get too excited when Quinnen Williams & Dexter Lawrence scrub their IGs, clearly just a new age negotiating tactic lol
  18. #Titans and Jeffery Simmons have NOT yet agreed on an extension

Sources: Titans, DL Simmons agree to 4-yr. ext. He signed an extension with the Titans, there goes another DT
  19. NFL Teams Colluding against Lamar Jackson? Or is he just not worth all that Guaranteed Money?

They know it would be an uphill battle to get them, there's nothing in the CBA that prohibits guaranteed contracts. After Deshaun signed his deal they were pushing for players & agents to get more guarantees, but it has to start with the Franchise QBs & if they band together they've got a better...
  20. NFL Teams Colluding against Lamar Jackson? Or is he just not worth all that Guaranteed Money?

The NFLPA wants fully guaranteed contracts, they filed collusion claims against the league. He would gain a fully guaranteed contract, all the other major sports leagues have them but football players just don't want them?
