    Plain and simple. The NFL isn't about having the fewest dirtbags. You acquire the best players. Because of this, I think another team likely picks Carter. However, IF he is available, the Bears must take him. Getting a #1 pick talent out of the 9 spot is a franchise changing move.

    Who else is excited for the return of the XFL? More football is always a good thing. It's a bummer that Chicago no longer has a team and that Vince McMahon is no longer part of the league. Hopefully The Rock can carry the torch well.

    I'm talking if Fields becomes a multiple Pro Bowler. Pace has been shredded mercilessly since his time here. Some very mean things were said about it. If Fields becomes an absolute stud, is Pace redeemed and owed apologies? I wonder if he gets another GM position if Fields pans out.

    What he has done with so little around him is nothing short of an absolute miracle. He broke a damn NFL record! He should be a candidate for MVP realistically. Is it safe to say he is already there greatest Bears QB ever? I think it is an obvious YES.
