    If I may suggest, I would put the side bars back onto the bg rush. Right now the bg looks to small because the black doesn't extend all the way out. Also it looks like the fade to black on the sides might have been hidden or something.

    Techinically speaking this is OK at best. Scalability is questionable and the font is not very professional at all. Drop Shadows=No Bueno for logos.
