In the middle of moving out of my house, so my cooking supplies are sitting in a storage facility at the moment. I’ll be ordering in for the game.
I'm about to go over to World Market to pick up some giardiniera. Been a long ass time since I've had beefs. Looking forward to it.

Throwing an 8lb Pork shoulder on the smoker today. Gonna make some pulled pork sandwiches with smoked Mac N Cheese. Then topping that off with a Bears loss.
