I like to look for Giardinera when I'm traveling as a scavenger hunt, rarely find it. But here in Chi there are full shelves of it in any grocery store.

Throwing an 8lb Pork shoulder on the smoker today. Gonna make some pulled pork sandwiches with smoked Mac N Cheese. Then topping that off with a Bears loss.

I did it once before and it was unbelievable. Basically looks like your typical Mac N Cheese but the smoke flavor gives it a nice taste. I’ll try to remember posting a pic
