Look at this scenario.
If we somehow manage to snag Watson ( highly unlikely), with Nagy he gets us to 10 wins maybe.. He also gets us to a 1st round loss in the playoffs.
All that will accomplish is to encourage the FO to keep Nagy for yet another year, as those FO losers will see that as a sign of steady improvement with Nagy instead of "in spite" of Nagy.
Is that what we want?

Id rather see Nagy fired, than getting Watson...Getting Watson will probably result in keeping Nagy
