I can’t believe I am watching Cam Payne getting big playoff minutes for one of the best teams in the league. It’s honestly crazy how much better he got. He didn’t look like an NBA guy at all on the Bulls.
Too bad Phoenix didn't win.

Now I fear the gentlemens sweep for the Lakers.

Or on the Thunder.

Sometimes it just clicks, apparently.

Like @Scoot26 posted, too bad the Suns didn't win.

And Dallas winning first two games on the road against a team many still think are contenders (on paper they certainly are).

Now due to my lifestyle in no way can I stay up and watch any of these west coast games so I can't say what's going on other than the box score.

Outside of Kawhi and George, it does appear the Clippers are struggling to do much of anything. Playoff Rondo hasn't been a thing this go round.

Mavericks are getting a good series out of Tim Hardaway Jr.

Dude, I fell asleep during the beginning of the third quarter of that Lakers-Suns game. Just couldn't keep my eyes open.

Last night was a little rough one as I ended up being up until 1 am due to a lot of crying.. but I turned off basketball at 10:30.

But on most normal nights, yeah I'm out between 10:30-11.

I can easily watch these east coast games, though Monday/Tuesdays games were awful and not even fun from a casual fan standpoint.

Maybe NY/ATL will be like Game 1 and give me something to actually watch.

Man, New York back in the playoffs after all this Covid stuff is a Godsend. It is straight comedy gold. A 5 year chanting "Fuck Trae Young". A 15 year old girl flipped off the Hawks players. Knicks fans celebrating like they won the ship after one win. Its effing amazing.

FANS make sports! Period!

MSG packed for the games is awesome. Glad fans are back.

I still can't root for the Knicks.

Lakers toughest opponent is the Suns. They win this series, punch their ticket to the Finals.

With Jamal Murray hurt, I can't see Denver beating them. Dont see the Clips/Mavs. Donovan Mitchell isn't enough.

Yep, I said as much in a previous post.

They'll easily beat Denver/Portland.. Jazz/Mavs don't have enough to threaten the Lakers. On paper, the Clippers do, but they're the Clippers and are currently down 0-2 to the Mavs.

I think the jazz and/or mavs would give the lakers trouble. But yeah, if they get by the suns, they will be favorites to get to play Brooklyn in the finals

they took advantage of the positionless basketball during a pandemic. Teams have adjusted and game planned for it now. The bucks certainly learned from it

An injury riddled season for the Lakers really deprived good later round matchups in the west. A healthy Lakers team is probably no lower than a 3 seed.

If you want to talk about teams doing a 180 from the bubble...Bucks and Heat are definitely the prime examples lol

No doubt. They were able to "rest" LeBron and AD with the injuries down the stretch, maybe keeping them out a few more games.
