Honestly I agree with this. I could basically auto draft and work the wire. The amount of games I win by finding gems throughout the season is huge. DJ Chark for instance was a huge early find for me on the wire last year.

Same. I kill in trades though. I always have to fight my home league over rejecting trades because I make blockbuster deals. I don't trade for nothing. Everyone's on the table for the right price. One of the reasons I draft so many RBs/WRs is for trade capital. I can unload guys to fill in weaknesses. I have a knack for TEs too. I usually spot a good one and trade them. Last year I traded Ertz, Waller, and Henry and built a squad. Used them to nab Golladay, Miles Sanders, and Tyreek Hill. I couldn't care less about TE.

12 team ppr league. We have an extra flex spot and 2 IDP’s. Feeling a lil dependent on dobbins being a stud, otherwise I’m thin at RB I think

I have the Bears D and Robbie Gould in this one.

Edit: before anyone asks, we had two people drop out so it is only an 8 man league this year.

Dobbins might break out, but it won't be until likely around the halfway point. And it'll probably take an injury. Connor is such a great value that I can't bring myself to pull the trigger on because of injury fears. If he plays the whole season he could easily be near top 5.

I'd probably start off with Williams over Dobbins. Bryan Edwards might be worth a stash on the wire. Malcolm Brown could be a sneaky week 1 play.

yeah, Preston might not be 100% either. My last flex spot will be a game time decision. I went ahead and picked up Sony Michel and dropped Bennie, so now Connor is probably guaranteed to get hurt lol

LOL #calledit.

Also my team boomed this week, so some fart sniffing happening. Except in CCS, where I'm just picking up where I left off and watching guys get hurt.

yep, and of course dropped Bennie. Now, I gotta try and pick him back up...but hey, at least I lost this week...waiver priorities!

I like Connor, but I will never own him unless he gets down to the 6th/7th round with the same upside, and yesterday is why. It's not that he gets hurt, it's that he's always playing like a quarter of the game, so he just wrecks your line-up.

Picked 10th in a 10 team league.

QB - Russ Wilson
RB1 - Josh Jacobs
RB2 - Clyde Edwards- Helaire
WR1 - Calvin Ridley
WR2 - DK Metcalf
Flex - J Edelman
TE - J Graham
K - Yoo
D - Bears
LB - Quan

Needless to say it's been a fun two weeks. Now I need to fix the TE position....

Gesicki if available, as he is now playing WR with TE status.
O.J. Howard.
Higbee

And others people are giving up on early in Indy/Atlanta/etc.
You can fix that.

That's my first choice if available.

That's my first choice if available.

If none is available, Drew Sample, Logan Thomas, Mo-Allie Cox. Burrow is throwing to the TE a lot, so Sample might get some play. Logan Thomas has a pretty big target share so far, problem is Haskins. Rivers loves throwing to TEs, so Cox could break out if Indy isn't dumb enough to stick Doyle back in over him.

Both are 12 team .5 PPR. I'm surviving injuries reasonably well for not having IR spots. These are current - after a couple waiver moves.

3-0 in 1st place in this so far. Beat 2nd highest scorer week 2. Nearly traded Ryan for Montgomery but manager talked her out of accepting. Think he might outscore Cam this week. I don't like P. Williams & will try to trade (inconsistent w/ 0 floor)
Wilson pickup was great last week. Hope for one more w/ most touches before he's gone.

K = Zuerlein (DAL). DEF = CHI

This one is my first KEEPER league ever w/ 3 kept from last year. I picked up another guy's crappy roster but kept Mostert, AJ Brown, & Slayton in Rds 12-14 since they were FAs in '19. Slayton will be FLEX at best, and my expectations for Gurley are very low floor, but Mostert returns soon. I'm happy with bench depth. 2-1 in 2nd place.
Getting the wrong end of Edelman the last few weeks. Hope he balls vs KC.

Brown and Mostert are insane value there. My team in my home league going through some ish right now. Godwin is killing me. Diontae is out. I got Hunt in one of my flex but he's dealing with a groin injury now. If he doesn't play, I'm looking at Dobbins in the FLEX, which I am NOT comfortable with.

We're dealing with the fact there's zero IR spots or Covid designation spots to extend the roster. I'm thin, but surviving. Others are forced to start inactives to not lose them. Kinda sucks. I'm on their side.

thread on it: Should FF have IR or Covid spots??

FFS, my entire fantasy team wasn't part of the gameplan this week. Even Elliott had pollard vulturing a td.

I stashed Damien Harris on IR and after his Monday game, I traded him straight up for Chubb lol. Then the guy fucking drops Harris. WTF? Put in a waiver claim to get him back.
