This is good stuff. I can see parallels throughout. I would add that Leftwich has a lot more fire under the furnace than Trestman ever had. Other than that, you pretty much nailed it?

Looks like the Caldwell backers are riled up with the Nagy comparison. It was in jest, of course.
However, I also remember that Caldwell had an excellent rookie season as HC, and his teams declined each year until he was fired after a 2-14 season. He made the playoffs 2 out of his 3 years as well.
