If nothing else it will force other candidates to get more aggressive if they want the job..

I feel like Poles is a lateral move from Pace and sets us back the 5 years Ryan just learned on the job.

I’m not a fan of firing Pace because his biggest mistakes could have been corrected if management knew what they were doing.
Why is ownership saying out one side of their mouth they aren’t football people and on the other side they aren’t excited about Fields and it’s effecting their football decisions like firing Pace.

They should hire Khan, they will hire Brown this is who Polian pegged for the job from the start. He was the first name we heard. If it had to be Colts or Bills why didn’t they raid the Bills?

He fits the over-promoted scout role the Bears seem to like in their GM's.

Wish I knew who he liked at HC. If it's an offensive guy, I'll choose him over Morocco Brown and Eberflus, unless the offensive guy is Jim Caldwell, lol.
