My tvs been doing this,idk if its because of the lightbulb or what

I would try a home theater or TV forum. AVSforum . com is a good one that has tons of members. I bet someone on there could give you an idea if you find the right section of the forum (the LCD or plasma section, whichever yours is). You'll probably want to the know the model number of the TV because I'm sure they will ask. YOu can also find the official thread for your TV model.
