Ive been contemplating adding some juice to shaken things up and motivate me to hit some sort of goal. Possibly just some Testosterone, maybe some HGH or both.
Im in the low 40s range and have started to feel a little sluggish the past year or so and can't seem to snap out of it. I have energy/strength, but I just feel off, I feel slow, maybe Im just old. Motivation to workout is missing, but I still do it like its a required chore. I haven't had any real gains the past year, but to be fair, I havent been trying to hit PRs. If anything, Ive just been going through the motions and have basically been maintaining with my uninspired mundane workouts.
My eating habits are okay. Diet is vitamin rich, which i also supplement with a multi. Low in processed garbage. I have attacked my dietary programs with various systems: Vegetarianism, Veganism, Carnivore, Low Carb etc. Other than a couple of short lived cases of explosive diarrhea when switching diets, I felt the same regardless of how I ate.
No aliments, bloods are normal, dick still works, testosterone is avg for my age. Perhaps being average is the problem. IDK. Dr is fine giving me TRT, but IDK
Can I get jacked like Im in my 20s on TRT alone, Would I need HGH. Any other peptides I should consider. OR do I need the roids to get Jacked. Im uneducated on these things.
