Anyone on the Juice?

Ive been contemplating adding some juice to shaken things up and motivate me to hit some sort of goal. Possibly just some Testosterone, maybe some HGH or both.

Im in the low 40s range and have started to feel a little sluggish the past year or so and can't seem to snap out of it. I have energy/strength, but I just feel off, I feel slow, maybe Im just old. Motivation to workout is missing, but I still do it like its a required chore. I haven't had any real gains the past year, but to be fair, I havent been trying to hit PRs. If anything, Ive just been going through the motions and have basically been maintaining with my uninspired mundane workouts.

My eating habits are okay. Diet is vitamin rich, which i also supplement with a multi. Low in processed garbage. I have attacked my dietary programs with various systems: Vegetarianism, Veganism, Carnivore, Low Carb etc. Other than a couple of short lived cases of explosive diarrhea when switching diets, I felt the same regardless of how I ate.

No aliments, bloods are normal, dick still works, testosterone is avg for my age. Perhaps being average is the problem. IDK. Dr is fine giving me TRT, but IDK

Can I get jacked like Im in my 20s on TRT alone, Would I need HGH. Any other peptides I should consider. OR do I need the roids to get Jacked. Im uneducated on these things.

If youre on any kind of Juice.

Any Pro/Cons and experiences you want to share?

My advice? Buy a Corvette to deal with this mid life crisis.

At "mid 40's", if you don't know what the fuck you are doing cycling steroids, you are better off leaving them alone.

1. You are not gonna get grade A shit. You are gonna get shit that was drawn from a fucking horse from Mexico. You are better off taking a piss in a styrofoam cup, and injecting that.

2. If you think a low MG cycle is going to transform you into a pro wrestler, it isn't.

Those guys are getting the top of the line shit to the point their hearts have become bigger then their skulls. Vince McMahon looked great at 65 years old, now look at him.

3. HGH
Look at DX Triple H compared to current Triple H. He looks deformed and there nothing outside of cosmetic surgery that will take that gorilla look away. HGH mutates you back to the stone age.

Grow old gracefully with a dad bod. They're the rage.

Op why don’t you get your testosterone checked by a real doctor and take a real doctors advice. I’m 42 drug free and lifting better now than in my 20s. I did put on corona year weight but I’m close to being back to my weight goals. Allot of what you feel might just be what many went through during corona shutdowns.

Corvette? Nah, Im a simple OLD Toyota guy that drives 10-2 and slow. I got a few more years til the mid.

Aging is a part of life, Im getting there, but if I can kick the can down the road for another decade, why not. Using anti-aging treatments/techniques to live a better quality of life longer, isnt a form of crisis. To me, its a level of awareness. If I can get to a level of my jacked, why not.

If I do have a mid life crisis, I may look at massage parlours and a new TV

How much HGH mutates you back to the stone aged? Thats the info I need.

Nah, this change started before Covid. I have had it checked three times.

Dr advice was some pros, some possible side effects, types of applications etc. Not much more. Hes more of a simp, pencil neck type. Just wondering if anyone had first hand experience with anything. I guess I could seek out a specialist.

As someone also in his 40s, I don't understand the desire to be "jacked". I lost interest in any of that kind of thing when I was about 30. I cut out most sugar, walk quite a bit, and eat a balanced diet.

exactly. I got up to about 225 in peak corona time. Back down to 200 now, and all I’ve done is cut out alcohol. Haven’t changed anything else.

- side effects of stopping drinking include but are not limited to...becoming a boring person, remembering where you put things the night before, not waking up next to a Thai prostitute, waking up feeling refreshed, and better poops

Yeah, I get it. I have done some form of weight-training nearly every day for the past 40+ years, and I still lift 6-7 days each week. Like you, it's just habit and when I go through the sets I feel like a porpoise when it turns off half its brain in order to sleep. What I have changed is what most people do when they age, more reps with lower weight. And I try to spend at least 10-20 minutes stretching every other day. The few times when I really pushed myself I would up injured, so that's no longer a viable option.

And as far as the juice, terrible idea for obvious reasons. Age gracefully, and remember the higher quality ladies are NOT looking for jacked dudes in your 40s.

1. Good for you. My first car was a 76 Corvette stingray which was the quintessential Vette back in the day. If I had it now I would be in prison for all the speeding tickets I would accumulate from all the Fast and Furious kids wanting to try classic American muscle.

2. Steroids are like becoming a Sith, once you go down that path, forever it will cloud your judgement and once you smarten up and get off them you look like Palpatine or Vader without the mask on from all the fights you will get into.

Why would you not go to a doctor and see why you feel the way you do instead of self diagnosing yourself steroids? You just might need to start taking vitamins instead of messing with your testosterone.

4. Then steroids ain't for you and you shouldn't even contemplate them as a fountain of youth.

Steroids are for gains. One of my friends back in the day was into body building and pushed it to the next level with steroids. He looked great before them then looked like a Greek god after.

But, because he got shitty roids he raged once to the point he almost killed somebody in a fight with his bare hands and it took eight cops and two tasers to bring him down. He did four years in prison over it and didn't remember anything when it happened, just blacked out in a roid rage.

Don't mess with the chemicals in your body.
