10 game suspension is the penalty. It's safe to say anyone guilty of this will stop doing this. Keep an eye on spin rates for pitchers and HR increases for hitters

That's a 2 game ban on pitchers.

I think everyone should listen to what Glasnow had to say after injury.

I would think Berrios is more effected.

Keuchel and Lynn know how to pitch. I'm surprised Glasnow or Giolito need anything with the size of their hands.

I don't think it starts until Monday. The full crackdown at least. I have mixed feelings about this, especially in light of the Astros controversy.
