Kubiak and Del Rio were fucking awful. I want the Bears to hire a guy with NFL experience, but I'd take a guy from the CFL or college before colossal failures like Kubiak and Del Rio. Someone please give a rational explanation for why either of them are legit candidates beyond the typical xenophobic, myopic response of "I hate Canadians and pussies."

Kubiak took the Texans to two playoff births, then they sucked their final year and they canned him halfway thru his final year there.
He was 2-2 in the playoffs before the disaster of a final season where things fell apart with their QB play.

Seriously? The Texans have been a franchise since 2002 and had nothing but God awful losing seasons until 2007.

Kubiak took over in 2006, then his coaching record looks like this:

2008: 8-8
2009: 9-7
2011: 10-6
2012: 12-4

Elevated a moribund franchise to competitive during the early going, then damn near one of the top teams in the league with a sorry roster. Yes, it flamed out his last year, but to assert that he is not a good coach is just bullshit.
