Who are these questions being asked to? Various players? Coaches?

This info will help to shape our questions.

Thanks,

Will Mitch Trubisky show any signs of life? Fix any of his problems?

Or will Nick Foles just own training camp and win the job?

Second question:

Do you think David Montgomery will step up or bust?

If everyone on the Defensive line stays healthy this year, how many sacks will they get amongst them?

Will Quinn get double digit sacks?

Given that this is Tarik Cohen's contract year, what kind of production can we expect from him?

Will we see a different blocking scheme for the running game?

Who will the starting 5 Olineman be?

These are all good discussion questions.

1. #2 Outside Receiver
Who's likely to take the other Outside Receiver spot opposite Allen Robinson, that had long been played by speedy ex-Bears' receiver Taylor Gabriel?
1b. New fast WR Ted Ginn Jr ?
1c. Will 5th Round draft pick Darnell Mooney look to take that spot over during the season.
1d. Others have suggested Bears might move traditional Slot receiver Anthony Miller opposite Robinson.
1e. Or Riley Ridley or Javon Wims. What have you heard, and what's your guess?

2. SS
Will there be a competition for Safety opposite Jackson? Some of have broke the pencil and inked in Tashaun Gipson Sr, which is a good guess. Others say Bush should be penciled in, and in a neck-in-neck competition with Gipson.
2b. What about Sherrick McManis, who is a ST ace, but who Bears trained for SS last offseason/training camp, who has the size, ball skills, and tackling ability to be an excellent SS?
2c. What's the chances of the other Safeties: Jordan Lucas and deandre houston-carson to make the team?
2d. What has Stephen Denmark been training as last season, Safety or CB?

3. CB
Who's most likely to win the CB position opposite Fuller? Will Jaylon Johnson be thrown out there, even with a short preseason?
3b. Will Bears start Toliver?
3c. How high are the Bears on giving CFL standout Tre Roberson a real shot to start?
3d. What about the rest: Kindle Vildor, Stephen Denmark, Buster Skrine, Duke Shelley, Artie Burns?

4. Nickel Back
Who's likely to start at NB? Buster Skrine inked in?
4b. Is there any real open competition for Duke Shelley or Kindle Vildor to start?
4c. Is there a chance Kindle Vildor or Duke Shelley might take over during the season?

5. Will Akiem Hicks stop reaching his arm into the middle of the giant 325lbs Lineman in order to save his elbow from another over extension? Or is two times last year both a freak accident? Can he moderate that technique, or does he have to block it out of his head?

6. Nagy has toyed with using Mitchel Trubisky as a (Double) Run-Pass Option QB, where Trubisky is a real threat to run with the ball (or hand it off to a RB or throw a pass)... but only for a handful of plays a game. Since Trubisky is an excellent runner, and is built to take a tackle, shouldn't Nagy try using him for that the majority of the game? They didn't take Trubisky's 5th year option, and he hasn't excelled in a traditional QB role... so why not try Trubisky as a full-time Double Run-Pass Option QB, what do they have to lose?

More likely...?
a) Bears DEFENSE is #1 in points allowed (yards per play is the better stat). Turnovers?
or
b) Bears OFFENSE gets its head on slightly straight enough to climb above bottom 10 in the league?

Run game: Is stubbornly running into walls the answer? Maybe so?...Including a missed last second winning kick, Bears were 3-1 when Monty got 15 carries or more IIRC, yet his yards/carry were not good for the year and nearly half of his rushing yards were after contact. Can this small n sample size even = cause/effect? (how do league stats compare or should they?)

QB Production: Can Mitch do better in '20 with the same 2019 basement dwelling time to pressure? (bottom 3 in league IIRC). Is Foles better under pressure? Stats say he checks down more.

Homer/Not homer: Can you see Green Bay running away with NFCN again? How did they not get worse this offseason? Didn't even add a WR for AR.

Washington Redskins Rename: Should they keep their colors despite name change we all know is coming?

Distract Me: Will the Honeybears ever return? I bet not until Virginia passes, as she sent them packing...coincidentally the year after Bears' last Superbowl win.

If Foles is the starter, can the Bears use Trubisky like the Saints use Taysom Hill? Nagy is suppose to be an offensive genius.

Is that going to be podcast # 59, and when is that going to be available to listen to? (I wasn't able to listen live, if it happened).
