It is the NFL Channel’s morning show. Its kinda like Good Morning America or the Today show only for the NFL. I watch a few times a week as I get ready for work.

Forte talked about the increased intensity and speed of the practices. Jennings talked about Lance taking over the defensive leadership role, lining up players etc. Garza talked about cheese quesadillas. Brief blurb on helmet cam and Carimi choosing to miss. Nothing ground breaking. Main topic was practice tempo.
