Bears drafting compared to the rest of the league

I came across this article on Yahoo, surprised by this to be honest. I feel the Bears have done a TERRIBLE job drafting over the years. Top half of the league is shocking. This does go back to 96' though. It has us in the top half of the league. Looks like the writers of the article dig pretty deep.

It may go back too far to be really useful. There was a stretch where the Bears hit with Urlacher, Briggs, Tillman, Mike Brown, etc and even guys like Vasher and Tank Johnson. Since then there have been a lot of misses. My guess is 1996-2005 looks better than 2006-2015.
