From what I have read so far he is a bit of a psych, hot head. Pass.

I like Flores but he is married to Watson which might cost him all of the HCing jobs. Unless he can somehow convince Watson to play for Houston again.
Is he though?

This is what I want in a head coach.

No one has a clue on these first time GM candidates.

Not interested in trading Fields for the guy that took a year off because he has twenty something women accusing him of being a super creep. So I’m not interested in Flores.

I don’t think Flores is mandating the team he coaches trades for Watson.

I think you should reconsider.

I think Flores is the guy. I don't think ownership will try to catch lightning in a bottle again by trying to get the next hot OC. Nagy has them gun shy. They will screw it up again.

Makes sense, bottom 3 offense in the league so let's hire a defensive coach. We will probably have a top 5 defense again, but once again we won't score any points. Fields won't develop. Flores gets another QB and within 4-5 years we do it all over.

What Flores accomplished with the talent level in Miami is impressive. He is one of the few potential hires that excites me.

The Flores-Watson connection is clearly a load of BS, and so is the 'Fields won't develop' if we hire Flores. Flores seems to know what he wants from both sides of the ball and is willing to fire and hire an OC if he's not doing his job.

I don't doubt that coupled with the right OC that he can succeed. He has shown that. We've already done that though. We've had great defenses and couldn't get over the hump. Can Flores get us over the hump? IDK

FWIW, Ryan Poles is very close with Flores as they both went to Boston College.
