I'm working at the FEMA hospital at the Georgia World Congress Center right now. This operation is run by a company that is basically all retired high-up military. They have been saying football will happen but doubt their will be fans when the season starts. By year's end, they expect only 50% seating in a best case scenario, which isn't likely to them.
