Best cameo or surprise appearance

I referenced Matt damon in another thread and it got me thinking about some of the great cameos he has done.
Eurotrip and deadpool 2 being my faves.

As for surprise unbilled appearance, the best ever has to go to Tom cruise in tropic thunder.
