Listener {Tom O’Malley) Email on a Plan going forward:

1. Trade Lauri and Zach for Paul George
2. Trade Sato and Young (plus future protected 1st if needed) for Buddy Hield
3. Draft Killian Hayes
4. Sign Kawhi or Giannis next year

1. Coby / Killian
2. Buddy
3. George / Hutch
4. Giannis or Kawhi
5. WCJ / Gafford

Tom: “Shooters, good fit for everyone. Should have a good enough team for the upcoming year to be attractive to Kawhi or Giannis with still enough cap room. I think Zach and Lauri are good fits for Clips. Sacramento gets out from Buddy's huge contract and he wants out anyways- not much trade value. May need to dump Arc and Hutch to sign Giannis or Kawhi but that can be done”

I think the Bulls are sitting in a good spot. But I'd be intrigued if they wanted to try to tradeup

I dont want the warriors to get Wiseman.

I wonder if they will trade down for Toppin or take Toppin if Minnesota trades out to a Wiseman team. Its worth the block, as well as the pick. Especially if its WCJ and a pick.

Not sure I would consider trading Lauri for it, but Lavine or WCJ or a future 1 fine. Solve multiple problems, dont get stuck with Deni at 4. Block the warriors.

Or...if minny could trade out with someone else, bulls could trade with warriors, we get Edward's and they get lavine(to trade) and Toppin.

Green is at a point where he could use some interior length help and they have failed to find a center.

Wiseman makes them an instant nightmare. But Toppin is the most ready to ball day 1, so I could see them go that route.

Ball isn't a bad fit for the Bulls but I dont like it, nor am I buying him as a top 2 pick.

Wiseman/Edward's seem like the surefire talents here, and Toppin the most ready to go complicates things with Warriors picking 2. Them taking the best scorer wouldn't shock me, its what they do, but I don't quite see Edward's improving their efficiency anytime soon, more their second wave depth.
