I don't think he's coming for the QB problems. I think he's just coming for the run game. His running offenses have been above average-ish...

According to Nagy, Helfrich and Hiestand were in charge of the run game. So really, Nagy is more like the passing coordinator. He’s not involved with the run game apparently. Nor is he involved with the defense or special teams.
