No, money buys you great lawyers who were able to discover the huge blunder made by the prosecutors.

As a prosecutor, you can't promise someone that you wont charge them if they testify freely in another case, and then go and charge them anyway. Pennsylvania's Supreme Court says Cosby's 5th amendment rights were violated.
