We need to trade 2 best goalies for draft picks and tank hard.

I’m hopeful this stops with Kane and Toews and two defenders and Domi gone.

But at this point we need to lose out.

Timo Meier traded to the Devils.

Would have loved the Hawks to try and get this guy. And this is why rebuilds suck when the GM looks to be steering a sinking ship.

The Devils are going to be nasty soon.

The Sharks got TWO FUCKING FIRST ROUND PICKS on top of three players for Meier while Bowvidson got a first for Cat.

And Tampa just gave up FIVE picks including their 25 first for Tanner Jeannot.

Like….do we even have a fucking GM…

Exactly what I was afraid of with a rookie GM. It all boils down to the Wirtz family.....still dumbasses. A lifetime of being pennywise and pound foolish. Probably saved themselves a few
hundred grand by hiring this punching bag. The actual price.....a decade of incompetence.

Now the Hawks have two first rounders in 23,24, and 25.

I would parlay those two extra first rounders to get back into this years top ten if Michkov falls, but that’s just me.

If Kyle Bowmanson can get Bedard/ Fantilli and Michkov I’d hate to say it but I’d call him a genius.

You keep saying that but with 6 teams on a tank timeline no way he falls too far, nobody cares about waiting until 25

Bedard is going to be luck.

Hopefully we get to draft one of the others or the Swede if not.

Top 5 looks really good.

Flash News, Blackhawks relegated to AHC for poor play and terrible Genl. Mgmt...... They should trade both Kane and Toews, give them a chance to play on a winning team again.... the next winning season for this franchise appears to be out into 2026-28 time-frame - with hope of those who still may be alive to witness some success.

It depends on just how much the Russian factor is and how many teams have him on their do not draft list.

Plus, Will Smith is shooting up the draft board right now and because of the uncertainty with Michkov he might fall to the bottom half of the top ten.

Could most definitely happen.

I would most definitely be all in if that scenario happened and the Hawks making a package for the seven using their extra first rounders.

The 24 and 25 drafts are top heavy and it’s not like they won’t already have high picks.
And honestly, outside of Misa in 25 your not going to get a player like Michkov in either drafts.

With the complete tear down Bowmanson is doing 2026 is wishful thinking.

He’s gotta hit on those draft picks and get Bedard.

I agree on all fronts.
Bedard puts us ahead a year maybe two, and trade all future picks you can for 2023.

Gonna be expensive though, and probably not top ten. We aren't the only ones that know the value there.

Maybe we can get a Cat like break on the Russian phenom, but I doubt it. Also how are you getting Bedard and Fantilli? Do we have two lottery picks?

Well we can't eat Boessers contract now but the Wild have the cap to do so.

Or like if we kept Boeser that would be ideal. They get Krav and the 2024 first. Rangers get Kane.
