I think this kid has all the tools to be a NFL QB. He should still be there in the 5th and I say we take a chance on him and let him learn on the bench for a couple yrs, then make him our future.

I like what I saw from Doughty. I watched Tyler Higbee tape a while back and ended up paying more attention to how well he was throwing the ball, not knowing that he was an NFL level prospect(Shoutouts to the guys good enough to make this their fulltime job). Reminds me of a Drew Bledsoe.

I like him, but history is certainly against all of these later round QB prospects. If it's after the 4th round IDK if it's even worth it.

I have been waiting for someone to mention Doughty. My brother told me about him months ago and we both like his game very much. Poised smart accurate a real football junkie type. He needs grooming but the Bears have time for that.
