Fields is a huge story, super easy for uninformed hot takes, high click farming potential, and already has a built in hype machine
Basically an ideal scenario for generating hype and controversy and clicks

I'll clarify this. It's not 25 beat reporters. If a TV outlet brings an anchor and a camera man, that's 2 spots of the 25. There's 4-5 TV stations that go to camp. In addition, photographers get 1 spot too.
NFL Network and ESPN bring a cameraman, producer and host when they go.
So it does essentially limit the everyday beat.
