Lets take a moment here and just calm down.
We got the bye week so the team has time too get healthy
And catch their breath and address the issues we have all seent

Granted the minny game was bad but the oline showed some flashes here and there of good protection
Maybe the arrows pointing up and they are starting ta gell

Arobs still here kmet could take a step forward at any time

Mooney looks good

The defence played really well

I mean sure the qb situation looks fucked but here we are

Lazor has 2 weeks ta reshape the offense and get this thing headed in the right direction

Do we think its possible they could come out of the bye week stronger than ever?

Can they beat the pack?

So Cal by way of Northside
At this point it's like asking the Jets if they can save their season

Tbf though we are a .500 team rn if they could right the ship offensively (idk how other than maybe lazor comes up with a new gameplan)
This team could still sail into the post season and who knows what might happen

Do we want them to save the season? Then we won't see any turnaround.
Thats a solid question because i certainly dont wanna see nagy around anymore and im leaning that way on pace as well at this point.
That being said i always want the bears ta win and sure its a longshot but what if?

There is nothing that I've seen that says we have a competitive team.
That won't change in the next 10 days.
There are reasons that we're 29th in O.
Those reasons won't disappear in a short time.
Now, even our D looks less capable.
Sorry for the doom and gloom, but there's little that's changed to make things better.

The only playoff hope left is a covid outbreak, more cancelations and playoffs expanded to 8 teams.....then maybe they sneak in and get wacked by gb/tb/no

7-9

3rd in NFCN

Another failed run with a good defense.

New 3 year rebuild starts next year.

It’s not gonna be a fun time being a Bears fan in the next few years. A couple of 4th place finishes might be a reality again.

My point is they have the same record as the Jets over the last 4 games and both teams are going in the same direction. And personally, I want Nagy flipping burgers next Fall.

Every game we have in front of us looks to be 100% more difficult to win than it had at the start of the season. I'm not sure there will be much for us to cheer for in that regard.

However, I will say this - whether or not we win, every player on the field damn well better be giving it their all. I don't mind losing if our guys are giving every effort to win. But when players quit on the team, I think they should be cut or traded. I don't want quitters on the team.

We’ve been a .500 team for 10 years too long.
