Has anyone noticed with this Trestman 2.0 leadership we ditched the Player Captains voted by the players for a Coach appointed "Everyone gets a Chance" mentality.. I personally believe the players are looking to appoint their leaders to take them into battle.. When the coach does it they become soft..

Yeah it's probably not the QB, more likely softness.
