Pace don't have a 30 year old rule,Oldman. he signed Rolle and Montgomery last year. Signed Miller and Ramirez so far this year and Miller is injury prone fwiw meatball.

The rule only applies to 30 year old pro-bowl/all pro players that were on the Bears prior to Pace becoming GM. They're the only ones who's career is over at 30.
