I have one done at least every 3 to 6 weeks but aiming for at least monthly but it isn't always easy with my schedule and I only deal with 2 to three chicks or it isn't really comfortable for me.

Can confirm. Colonoscopy was not good. The drink the night before makes you be able to shit through a screen door. And when i woke up, i also farted all over the nurses.

I'll just add, my experience was that the shit was out of me by the midway point.

Then you spend like 3-4 hours shitting out water.

When you wake up from a colonoscopy they tell you to go ahead and let the farts go.

Weird at first, but once you get going, its like "Well fuck this feels good."

Used to be 50 but new recc is 40.

The whole process is not a big deal. Also you can eat w/e the fucc u want when you wake up and it tastes delicious after fasting (and shitting out water as the other poster said)
