Idk about everyone else, but my diet has gone to pure shit since the pandemic started.

I thought I was somewhat unique, but the more people I talk to, the more I hear them say the same thing.

Even people whomst were quite disciplined/healthy dieters before the pandemic.

Might be fun, what shit did you ruin your diet with during the pandemic?

I started eating pizza again, or just ordering dinner which often includes some kind of dessert.

I started buying coffee cake or muffins for breakfast.

I started buying milk and sugary breakfast cereal.

I am so f***ing fat rn.

Trying to do better by cutting the sugar first.

I just eat so much more lounging around the couch all day. I'm eating seasoned fries and drinking beers as I type.

All of my schedules on everything, from sleeping to eating to working to even watching TV, have gone to shit. Seems like my body is confused.

Once we ran through our initial stock up food, when we started going back to the store, I started eating like I was on vacation. Full meals, dessert every night, started drinking beer more..
Breakfast I still had my bacon and eggs, but then added all kinds of other things to it.

And bread, started eating a lot of bread.

I finally got off that kick 2 weeks ago, but have had this urge to go back.

Still drinking plenty of beer though.

I too have returned to bread. I'm going to make beer bread in a couple min

I wonder what the psychological answer is to why so many people are doing this kind of diet-rekting.

I supposed I always ate shittier on weekends, better when I was on a schedule, during work week, especially when I was going in to the office.

Now every day is kinda a weekend day working from home 100%.

You know whats cray. I haven't had pizza or bdubs in almost 9 weeks and I'm actually eating more veggies than I ever have. Down to my college weight for the first time in 5 years.

Stupid fucking Portillos gave me r0nch dressing with my cesar salad today tho so I'm a lil upset.

So easy to make.

I've been eating alot of Hamburger Helper these days.

So easy to make.
Ew.

I must say, I have been eating like a king, and really good at menu planning and using pantry stuff really well. Been making a lot of various tacos, getting back into cajun cooking, and doing desserts more often (at least 3 times a week) I am not getting really fat but i have definitely lost a lot of muscle over the last two months and have a soft belly now from beer. I have actually lost over 10 lbs, mostly muscle because no gym. Going to have to get some sort of prison style workout going or I'm gonna end up a skinnyfat weirdo.
