Quarterback: 3
Mike Glennon solid but how solid.
Mitch Trubisky da future but how soon and how good?
Mark Sanchez - I'm over it.
I actually hope they only keep 2...
Running back: 5
Jordan Howard
Tarik Cohen
Benny Cunningham
Jeremy Langford
Michael Burton
I like cunningham and cohen and im not happy with langford but maybe he fonally gets it...
"Burton was effective at fullback for the Detroit Lions last year, and will take over that job in Chicago."
Wide receiver: 5
Meredith to No. 1 is a big ?
Wheaton, Wright and Cruz have all had success at The NFL level.
White is Truly "The wild card"
Showed athletic prowess coming out of college but has had injuries derail his career.
Tight end: 3
Miller is injury prone and is now in his early 30s.
Sims is a great blocking TE who has potential in the receiving game... kind of reminds me of Bennett with his head screwed on correctly.
Shaheen is a mix of the two and mentoring from the above could be magic.
Offensive line: 9
Leno solid but how good?
Sitton great but how long?
Whitehair da future.
Long legend but injuries?
Massie massive... but isn't putting it all together.
Grasu idk.
Kush solid back up.
Sowell and Compton idk and tbd
Defensive line: 6
Jaye Howard -
Akiem Hicks
Eddie Goldman
John Jenkins
Mitch Unrein
Jonathan Bullard
Howard, Hicks and Goldman monsters
Bullard seemed to lose his quick first step, maybe over thinking but needs to take a step mentally and physically to have success in the NFL.
Jenkins can have success rotating with Goldman at nose but may struggle of has to take the whole load without a healthy goldman.
Linebacker: 8 and PUP
Danny Trevathan (PUP)
Leonard Floyd da future if he can keep his head up.
Pernell McPhee boss when he can walk.
Willie Young formidable
Nick Kwiatkowski did good work in limited time should continue to improve.
Lamarr Houston versatile but $
Jerrell Freeman great acquisition. Hopefully he continues his reign of terror without PEDs
Christian Jones - didn't know if he was still on the team.
Dan Skuta - i only follow bears and haven't investigated this guy much...
Defensive backs: 11
Prince Amukamara
Marcus Cooper
Kyle Fuller
Quintin Demps
Eddie Jackson
Adrian Amos
Cre’von LeBlanc
Bryce Callahan
Deon Bush
Harold Jones-Quartey
Deandre Houston-Carson
Amukamara, Cooper and Demps 3 new starters?
I hope Amos can keep his job at safety abutnd have Jackson pushing him...
Fuller HUGE ?
LeBlanc one of the taller midgets last year.
Jones-Quartey and Bush struggled but good for ST and have potential. But WTF do I know about backups that I don't watch it get to know personally.
Specialists: 3
Connor Barth
Pat O’Donnell
Patrick Scales
I honestly don't know or care.
Bastardized from https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.fa...ars/early-53-man-roster-projection-bears/amp/
It's notable that I disagree with some of these projections but thought it would be an interesting conversation point.
