Does Foles end up in Atlanta with the injury to AJ McCarron?

Atlanta is rebuilding. Trading for Foles doesn’t make sense for them. They likely sign Bortles.

Rebuilding with a 40 year old QB. I think RG3 would be better than Bortles. I think Atlanta is trying to win this year.
