Typical Scotland hit the bar and let in the most absurd goal in the tournament. Classic.

  1. North Carolina Tar Heels
I'm here. Great to have two tournaments like this.

The Euro can have those complete surprise champions like Greece in '04, so I wouldn't be shocked if some underdog team takes it all

Germany, France, Portugal all in the same group. Poor Hungary, each team will be looking to rack up goals for the GD in that group. They might have a -10 GD.

Ronaldo put up 2 on Hungary but honestly, France/Germany will put up more than them on Hungary

Germany may have had a lot of possession but never got the feeling they would score

I'm going with Italy as my pick to win it all. Been awhile since they have won anything, they are due

Italy looks unstopable. Haven't given up a goal in 10 international matches I think they said.

If the Group stages were only 2 teams moving on to the knockout rounds, would the US get out of any of these groups?

I'm looking forward to Germany Portugal. Pogba and Griezman surprise me how they always play well for France but play terribly at their respective clubs.

Belgium looked quite mediocre and then turned it on after the half. This tournament doesn't have a clear cut favorite, about 4 elite teams or so

I agree. Italy, Belgium, France, England, Portugal, Germany, all look like they could win this tournament.
